His&Hers Fermented Liquid Microbial Probiotic 500ml is an oral fermented formulation containing a proprietary microbial culture, herbal extracts, fruit juice, molasses and kelp.

The available label's “Each 15ml contains” section lists chamomile, rose hips, olive leaf, St John's wort, elderberry, Siberian ginseng and astragalus at 22mg each; sulphured blackstrap molasses 150mg; granulated kelp 45mg; sodium chloride 15mg; fruit juice 525mg (50% grape concentrate and 50% apple juice); and natural EM food-grade mother culture 600mg. These are manufacturer-labelled amounts, not independently verified analytical results. The label describes the fruit juice as preservative-free; that does not establish that the entire finished product is preservative-free.

The proprietary culture list names Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Streptococcus, Bacillus and Saccharomyces organisms, but does not provide strain-level identifiers or viable counts per serving through shelf life. Obtain the current complete specification for exact organism identities and formulation details. Culture mass in milligrams is not a viable-organism count.

The previous “12 strains of prebiotics, probiotics, synbiotics and postbiotics” wording has been removed: the reviewed label does not substantiate that statement. Those terms are not interchangeable strain names.
